Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, submitting a web form, or communicating with Juvo Insurance Solutions Inc. ("Juvo," "we," "us," or "our") via any channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Us

Juvo Insurance Solutions Inc. is a licensed independent insurance agency (CA License #6017453) licensed in CA, FL, IL, MI, NV, OK, TX. We are a Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) as defined by CMS.

Juvo Insurance Solutions Inc. is an independent agency and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Medicare, Medicaid, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency.

3. Services Provided

Juvo provides independent insurance consultation, plan comparison, and enrollment assistance for:

  • Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans
  • Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans including Plan G and Plan N
  • Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D / PDP)
  • Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP) and Chronic Special Needs Plans (CSNP)
  • PACE programs (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)
  • Life insurance and final expense insurance
  • Disability insurance and long-term care insurance
  • Covered California / ACA Marketplace plans
  • Group health insurance, standalone dental and vision insurance

Our services are provided at no direct cost to you. We are compensated by insurance carriers when you enroll through our agency.

4. Appointment Terms
  • Appointments are available via phone, video, or in-person (Southern California)
  • Please provide accurate and truthful information when scheduling and during consultations
  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible
  • Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee plan enrollment or plan availability
  • Juvo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary
  • All calls are recorded in compliance with CMS TPMO requirements and applicable law
5. Call Recording Disclosure

In compliance with CMS TPMO requirements, all marketing, sales, and enrollment calls, including the audio portion of web-based calls, are recorded in their entirety. By engaging in a phone or video consultation with Juvo, you consent to being recorded. At the start of each call, our agents will verbally disclose that the call is being recorded, the required TPMO disclaimer, and their name, title, and the carriers they represent.

6. TPMO Compliance

As a CMS-registered TPMO, Juvo adheres to all applicable CMS marketing guidelines including:

  • Recording all marketing, sales, and enrollment calls in their entirety
  • Conveying the required TPMO disclaimer within the first minute of every sales call
  • Displaying the TPMO disclaimer on our website and marketing materials
  • Obtaining Scope of Appointment (SOA) before discussing Medicare Advantage or Part D plans
  • Complying with CMS one-to-one consent rules effective October 1, 2024
7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on any Juvo form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Juvo and its licensed agents. Messages may include appointment reminders, plan information, enrollment updates, and marketing communications.

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences
  • Standard message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications
  • Reply HELP or contact us through our website contact form for assistance
  • Mobile number opt-in data will NOT be shared with third parties for marketing purposes
8. Scope of Services & Limitations
  • Juvo agents provide insurance consultation and are NOT licensed to provide legal, tax, financial investment, or medical advice
  • Plan availability, benefits, premiums, and formularies change annually and vary by ZIP code
  • Enrollment is subject to carrier approval and eligibility verification
  • Juvo cannot guarantee plan enrollment or specific plan outcomes
9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juvo Insurance Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Juvo is not responsible for any delays or failures related to SMS message transmission or third-party carrier issues.

11. Changes to Terms

Juvo may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
