SMS & Text Message Terms

1. Program Description

Juvo Insurance Solutions Inc. operates two business phone numbers for SMS communications with clients and prospective clients:

(626) 251-9884 — Primary business line for direct agent communications, appointment confirmations, enrollment updates, and one-on-one client messaging

(626) 900-1354 — Automated appointment reminders, marketing campaigns, and AI-assisted client communications

Messages from either number may include appointment reminders and confirmations, Medicare plan information, enrollment status updates, follow-up communications after consultations, and educational Medicare content.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number on any Juvo form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Juvo Insurance Solutions Inc. and its licensed agents. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the nature of your insurance needs. Automated marketing messages will not exceed a reasonable frequency.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Juvo is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.

5. How to Opt Out
  • Reply STOP to any SMS message from Juvo to opt out from that number
  • Submit an opt-out request through our website contact form
  • Call us at (626) 251-9884 to request opt-out

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may still receive transactional messages such as enrollment confirmations unless you request to opt out of all communications.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

8. Compliance

Both Juvo phone numbers are registered under the A2P 10DLC system as required by U.S. mobile carriers. All messages comply with CTIA messaging guidelines, FCC regulations, CMS TPMO marketing requirements, and applicable state laws. We will never send unsolicited marketing messages to Medicare beneficiaries without prior express written consent.

These SMS Terms may be updated periodically. The current version is always available on our website.
